Kamal Amer, Engineering Director
Kamal combines a strong technical background with 20 years of motorsport experience. He has crewed and/or raced motorcycles (road race, speedway, motocross), karts (speedway, sprint, enduro, shifter), formula cars (Fords, Atlantics) and oval track cars (pavement midgets). His most recent work has been as Race Engineer for the Ron Sutton’s Winners Circle Racing Driver Development program, using data acquisition and analysis to train young oval track racers.

He holds B.S. Degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics from the University of California, Davis, and Masters Degrees in Civil Engineering and Business from Stanford University. When not at the track Kamal is a Principal in Alaska Engineering, providing Civil, Structural and Project Management services in Northern California.
